They are the perfect size to add to the platter with Cheese, bread, fruits or meats.

Harvested from White Clover, a pasture crop common throughout New Zealand. This delicious honey has lovely warm straw and floral aromas and a velvety texture – creamy and rich. The sweet flavors are balanced by a hint of dried herbs.

The Taste – This crowd-pleaser honey is deliciously creamy with a warm caramelized toffee sweetness, grassy notes and a lemony ripe fruit flavor. A versatile honey adds delicate sweetness to apple pie, granola, herbal tea, breads and smoothies.

Harvested from New Zealand Native Flower which is prominent throughout New Zealand resulting in a unique blend.

Native Flower has intense classic honey aromas and a rich, velvety texture together with a slightly herbal flavor. Although sweet at first, this lovely honey finishes slightly drier than other styles.

The Taste – This golden honey naturally blended by our bees has intense fruity notes of muscatel raisins and sweet pudding wine. Perfect to serve with feta cheese and coriander, as a glaze for roasted parsnips and as an ingredient for bliss balls or in a vodka cocktail.

Collected from the bark of the Native Black Beech tree. Large stands of beech trees are found in remote areas of native forest in the South Island of New Zealand. This honey, though deliciously sweet also offers an almost savory, meaty tang.

The Taste – Complex aromas and flavors give it a toasty character and an intensity that lingers. Pairs beautifully with any soft cheese such as brie or Camembert.
